Welcome to the 30 Day Ab Challenge!!
I am so glad that you are joining us for the 2nd 30 Day Ab Challenge here on Be A Fit Mommy!!
Everyday you start the Days challenge, be sure you are warmed up. New for this year’s 30 Day Ab Challenge I have a quick warm-up if you aren’t warmed up already. This challenge is perfect to add in to any workout program or if you are trying to get back into a fitness routine. Also, new this year are video tutorials for each exercise.
The next 30 days a new post with the ab challenge will be posted. Each day repetitions will increase and new exercises will be added throughout the challenge. Similar to what we did the 1st challenge. Find time to get the challenge done EACH day, when you first wake up, during your lunch break, during the kids nap, before dinner, after kids go to bed, before you go to bed. Just find a time to get it in. Don’t let yourself miss a day. It will take 15 minutes or less. Let’s commit ! YOU will thank YOURSELF when Day 30 is here!!
Be sure to comment below when you complete the day’s challenge. It makes it fun for everyone to see who’s doing the challenge with them. I know we have people from different countries for this one. Pretty neat! Make these people your support group for this challenge. Let’s encourage each other to stick to this challenge for ALL 30 day!! We can do it together!

16 Bicycle Crunches (8 each side)
15 Reverse Crunches
16 Seated Russian Twists (8 each side)
16 Swimmers (8 each side)
30 second Plank
