What is this 30 day challenge?

〰️This is an online fitness challenge. You can live anywhere or have family or friends join you that live across the country.

〰️The challenge will come with a calendar that you can print to check each day as well as other health challenges throughout.

〰️Unique workouts will be easy to access and follow along through a simple app or from a desktop and can print. There are “how to” videos for each exercise.

〰️Reminders sent to your phone to help you to stay committed and form awesome habits.

〰️You don’t need a gym membership. You can do this challenge in your home.
Equipment?? A set of dumbbells is highly recommended. Dumbbell weight can be 2lbs-15lbs. Multiple weights are best, but not needed.
