Day 15!! We made it to the half way mark!! Wow! How are your abs doing?? I know after I finish the day’s ab challenge I feel empowered. Do you? My abs definitely feel worked, but I feel so good. I feel like I can say “no” to my kids Halloween candy. It is so easy for me to come up with an excuse to not do the day’s ab challenge, but when I stop with the excuses and pull up the challenge and get to work, I am never disappointed that I did. We have another 15 days to go! Do not give up now!! You can finish to the end! You really can. When an exercise reaches 40 reps, that is the max. It will stay at 40 for the rest of the challenge. Were you wondering how high those reps were going to get before the challenge was over?? Did you already do the math lol??
My extra challenge for today is for you to tell someone that you made it half way through this challenge. Share your accomplishment so far! I think it is a big deal!! It can be so hard creating a new habit! Good luck today!!
