Fall is just about here!! That means it is time for a new fall fitness challenge!! I know a lot of you really liked the Summer Bod Challenge that we did over the summer. Thanks for all of your feedback and comments!! Now we have a challenge for fall!!

To start the Fit for Fall Challenge is SUPER easy!

2. Go to the Fit Mommy YouTube channel and subscribe.
3. Go to playlists (still on the Fit Mommy channel) and find the right day of the challenge and hit play and start moving!!
