Day 7 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge

We are 1 week into the challenge! Is it starting to get any easier?  I’m so proud of all those that are staying committed! You will feel your reward along the way and after the 30 days are over! So keep up the good work! On the week marks, the plank hold will increase 10 seconds and the rest of the reps will stay the same.  You can do it🙂

Along with today’s challenge, I challenge you do do as many push-ups as you can, with out stopping.  If it is 2 push-ups, great! If it’s 50, great!  Whatever you can do.  You can do either regular push-ups or modified on your knees.  Remember if you perform the modified push-up, keep your bum in line with your body.  Don’t stick your tush out.  Good luck!

26- Bicycle Crunches

25- Reverse Crunches

26- Seated Russian Twists

26- Swimmers

40 Second Plank

7 Right Side Plank Pulses

25 Second Side Plank Hold

7 Left Side Plank Pulses

25 Second Left Side Plank Hold

14- Single Leg Stretch

8- Rag Mountain Climbers
