Day 13 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge


We are cruising along! Here we go day 13! We are almost half way through the challenge!  How are your abs feeling?  Have you seen any improvements yet?  Is the challenge getting tougher?  The reps are starting to get high up there aren’t they?  You are doing so good! I have really loved your comments on facebook, email, text and here on the blog!  You guys rock!!


The challenge is really starting to get tough! Stick to it! YOU CAN do hard things! If it is too much to get through in one sitting, split it up.  Do some in the morning and or at lunch or at night.  Do what you need to do to complete the day’s challenge.  Don’t give up now! You CAN do this!

14- Leg Drop

12- Alternating Leg Lift

10- Dead Bug

8- Rag Legs Together
