Elevated Bum Bridge Series
I love this series! It is an awesome workout for the gluts and hamstrings and it can be done in your home. No gym required and the only equipment that you need is a chair or couch. I find myself doing this series using the couch when my boys are playing around me or climbing all over me. Give this series a try! Your bum and hams will feel great in the next couple days 😉
