For today’s Workout Wednesday I wanted to share an awesome exercise that is perfect for challenging the upper body and you can perform it anywhere… At home, in a hotel on vacation or on business. Plus, you get a bonus of getting a good hamstring stretch 😉 The Shoulder Push-up.. give this one a try.
None or a mat if you want
Try 2-4 sets of 12-15
