Curtsey Squat Curtsey with Shoulder Sculpting

We have another Workout Wednesday! Man weeks just cruise by! I am really excited to share this with you today! We are going to work 2 of my favorite areas!  Shoulders  and the booty- hip- thigh area.  I think sculpted shoulders are impressive and awesome! This move will definitely help you get there!

After I did 3 rounds of 15 reps my hammies and bum and shoulders were sore and feeling FANTASTIC the next day! Ooooh you will LOVE it!
