Workout Wednesday– Single Leg Squat with Floor Touch
It’s March! Spring is in the air (besides the fact we got dumped on with snow here in Utah.. But I don’t mind 😊) shorts and swim suit season is right around the corner!! With that said, I want to share a quick way to work and tone up your full leg! Bonus, you don’t need any equipment and you can do it anywhere, you don’t need a lot of space. You can do it next to your bed, in your kitchen, in a hotel room while on vacation or traveling for business or even in the shower. Please tell me that I am not the only one that exercises in the shower? Ha ha. Calf raises while you wash your hair?
Anyways, check out this quick workout that works all the muscles in your legs, quads, hamstrings, shins, calves, even the small stabilizing muscles that get missed often and top it off with a burn in your gluts. Perfect way to get your legs ready for summer!!
