My Favorite Ab Exericse
Here is the exercise for Wednesday. I want to share my favorite ab exercise, the ball pike. I love this exercise because it is fun to do 🙂 and it works all the abdominal muscles really well. The video on the right is the exercise modified.
Try 2-3 sets of 20 reps
Or if you are just starting to build your ab strength try 2-3 sets of 10
