30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 25
We only have 5 days left now!! I can’t believe it, 5 days left. You have done the challenge for 25 days now! That is awesome! 5 days seems like nothing now. For today, just the reps will increase. Our list of exercises is getting lengthy hasn’t it? You are doing great. Today I challenge you to enjoy the outdoors and do something active. Go on a hike or walk, take the kids to a park, do some yard work (that is what we are doing today). Also, this evening I am going to run a 5k with my mom. This is our second year running this race together. Last year my 1 year old was 6 weeks old. I surprised myself and ran it all 6 weeks postpartum. This year I feel more prepared. I am excited. 🙂 Have fun outside today and with day 25!!

Happy Ab Burning
Done with day 30!! I enjoy going outside by going swimming in St. George! I enjoy the sun and warm temps. in St. George – especially summer time there! It’s beautiful to go walking in the morning time around the neighborhood and red rocks in St. George. I love to go hiking when the weather is so nice and sunny!
Today, I don’t know what I’ll be doing yet. I’ll be cleaning my house and painting in my bathroom (it is being remodeled the upstairs level right now. :-/). That’s my plan for today.
