30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 24
6 days left!! We are getting to those final days of the 30 day ab challenge. Finish strong! You can do it! When you complete day 30 you will feel great and you should be proud of yourself! Staying committed to something for 30 days is tough, not everyone sticks with it and finishes, it is too easy to quit, so you have every right to be proud when you finish day 30! We are almost there! To go along our day 24, I challenge you to take a look at your refrigerator and pantry or cupboards. Are the snacks and treats you have readily available healthy or “junk” food? If you are seeing a lot of “junk” food, take on the challenge of adding healthy snacks to have readily available. Some healthy options could be sliced up melons, grapes, baby carrots, celery sticks (to eat with peanut butter of course), sliced bell peppers and other veggies, cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, apple sauce, hummus, whole wheat crackers to dip in hummus, dehydrated fruit, and nuts. If you keep good food in your fridge (or pantry) then you will eat good food. 🙂
