7 days left! That number keeps getting smaller. Time passes whether you get up and do something or not, time doesn’t slow for anyone. It keeps on passing. A one hour workout is 4% of your day? Does that make it sound easier to get a hour exercise into your day? To go along with today’s challenge I challenge you to fit in a hour workout into today? If you have kids go on a walk. Do you have a gym membership? Go use it. If you don’t have a gym membership there are many sources of getting at home workout.
