30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 22
8 Days left and counting! Great Job for making it to today!! Were you able to take some time and relax or meditate for Day 21? When I take just a little bit of time to relax and not think about my “to-do” list and any other stress-er, I feel energized and ready to take on the day better. Another healthy habit that is a great one to help tackle every day is getting enough sleep. Early to bed early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise 🙂 To go along with today’s challenge, I challenge you to go to bed at a good time. I like going to bed at 10 PM and then get up at 6 AM. That gives me 8 hours of sleep. If I make that happen getting up at 6 AM is easy. I get a workout in before my boys wake up, I get to come write to you, clean up my house a bit and get ready for the day. Get enough sleep so you are ready to tackle the busy day ahead and better deal with the stresses of life. To read more about good sleeping tips read here. Good luck with day 22 and getting to bed at a good time.

Done with day 22. 😊 I’m a “hummingbird” (between early bird-lark and a night owl). I usually go to bed around 11-11:30. I get up at 6:45-7:00 during the weekdays. On weekends, same bedtime routine to go to bed and get up between 7:30 to 8. I have never liked getting up so early, so I’m not a morning person to get up so early like a lark. 😏
