30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 21
Here we go day 21! I loved your comments on day 20. Thank you for sharing. It is so fun to hear what you are doing and how the challenge is going. 🙂 9 days to go! Keep it up. We are almost done! Today we keep the reps the same and increase the plank hold 10 seconds. We are now on 1 min for the plank hold!! You can do it!! Are you feeling like your abs are getting stronger? 🙂 That is a good feeling isn’t it?
To go along with today’s challenge, I challenge you to take time to relax or meditate, only 15 to 20 minutes. This can be really hard if you are a busy body. I feel like I am running around as soon as I get up to the point I put my boys to bed, but it can be done sometime during the day. Try it during a lunch break, before bed, right when you wake up, during kids nap or quiet time, or a time during the day you can tell your stress levels are rising. Take time and let all of your worries slip from your mind for a bit. Sit on the grass and watch clouds go by and enjoy the moment. Are you a big stress-er? Taking time to relax and meditate and help your stress levels ease a bit. Sometimes that is really needed 🙂

Done with day 21. I have learned so much about stress management through my major in Family Studies. The best way to de-stress is use deep breathing skills to get all of the gunk and negative mind out of it and let it go. Relax and enjoy the moment in your life by reading a good book or listen to the music to calm down.
As for my abs, it feels like it’s getting firm. 😀
