To add to today’s challenge, I challenge you to challenge a friend to start the 30 Day Ab challenge.  Share with them your success so far with it.  Help encourage someone else in their fitness journey. Be the motivation for someone else to get moving and adapt to a healthy lifestyle or simply supplement their active lifestyle.  Everyone can use a little encouragement and support 🙂

9 Second V Hold

6 Seated In- Outs

8 Spiderman Planks (4 Each Side)
