30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 14
We are 2 weeks into the challenge!! Awesome job!! It makes the challenge so much more fun with a bunch of you taking it on too!! So for the challenge today the reps stay the same but the plank hold increases 10 seconds!! You can do it!! I need an extra challenge of drinking water! 🙂 If you are like me and need extra motivation and thought going into drinking more water, take on this extra challenge with me. 🙂 Be sure to come back and comment when you complete the challenge and how you did with drinking water today 🙂
