30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 8

We are starting our second week of the challenge.  We are just chugging through.   It is awesome hearing from you and that you are taking on the additional challenge.  You are doing so good! Keep it up!! After you complete Day 8 be sure to stop by and leave a comment.  I love hearing who is staying committed! I’m sure others enjoy it too.  It will help motivate each other.  If you are participating at a different time from when this challenge is going on, still be sure to comment along the way.  I would love to hear from you and give you bits of motivation 🙂  To go along with today’s challenge, I challenge you to drink more water.  This is one I could really be challenged on today.  If you are not a good water drinker like me, then carry around a water bottle and try to refill it several times during the day.  Set a number and be sure to reach it. If you are an awesome water drinker, then try increasing it a little bit more.  If you are a big drinker of something else, like soda pop or a sports drink, replace it with simple refreshing water.  There is always room for improvement ( a lot for me in this category).  Be sure to comment too on how you drank water today!

  2. The Superman lift does feel good after all that! Only 5 butterflies and no stars but did the rest. I did yesterday’s challenge too but forgot to post. I need to work on my water intake too.
