30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 4

We are on day 4! Nice work to all those who have kept up so far! If you have missed a day, that’s okay!  Start back up with today! You will thank yourself when you complete the challenge.  Don’t give up now! If you are just checking out the challenge, it is not too late to join us! This is a great way to get into the habit of making fitness a priority in your daily life.  To go along with today’s challenge, check out this 50 Reasons to exercise and find a reason (or two or three..) that you exercise for, or if you aren’t a big exerciser, find a reason that you would start exercising for.  What did you pick?  Share in the comments what your reason is and when you completed today’s Ab Challenge. I exercise for many reasons.  A big one for me is #1- it gives you more energy.  I find if I get a workout in, in the morning, I feel an extra hop in my step, which is needed to keep up with my highly active boys.  I could say that all the reasons on this list is why I exercise.. reduce tension, burn extra calories, lifts your spirit, increases lean muscle tissue.. the list goes on and on.  Check it out.. everyone can find AT LEAST ONE REASON to exercise.  #abchallenge #anyonecandoit #getfit #exercise #fitness #fitmommyrocks

  1. Done. What no butterflies today?! Why am I exercising? I’ve been a long time couch potato and my body hurts from the bad choices I’ve made over the years. Now that I am eating better and moving this body I no longer need pain meds for arthritis. I also want to be a good example for my children.


    1. That is a great reason to exercise! It sounds like the healthy choices you are now making are paying off!! I thought I put those butterfly sit ups on there! Oops! Did you still do them 🙂 they will be back on there tomorrow! I know they are your favorite 🙂 keep up the good work!!
