30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 3
We are 3 days into the challenge. Are you Still committed to go all 30 days? I am! We are all in this together. I am loving all the response from you guys wanting to take on this challenge. This is a great motivation to add a little fitness into your day. While focusing on adding some exercise to your day, it would be a great time to make a Simple Lifestyle Change, here is a list of ideas of Simple Lifestyle Changes that will help you be Healthier. I am one that can go a day and realize I have not drank much water. That is the one I choose to work on. 20 Crunches
20 Bicycle Crunches
18 Flutter Kicks
13 Butterfly Sit-ups (Crossfit Sit-up)
20 Seated Russian Twists
30 Second Plank
12 Second Plank Right Side
12 Second Plank Left Side
20 Heel Touch (10 each side)

I need to do better at drinking water, I don’t know why it can be hard! Sounds like you are doing good so far with the challenge!! Keep it up! I think it helps to comment like you are.. 🙂

Great Storyad! You could try to stick your feet under a couch or something to assist you.. Let me know how it goes. They are tough! Stick with it and they will get easier!! 🙂 you are doing great!!
