Welcome to day 2 of the Ab Challenge. I hope you made it through the Day 1 workout awesome. During this Challenge, reps will be increased, while new exercises will be added. Keep it up! Stay consistent! Find the time to complete the Day 2 Ab Challenge Workout today. It doesn’t take long! You can do it! Remember to make a comment when you complete it that you did it!
Day 2 Ab Challenge
18 Bicycle Crunches (9 each side)
18 Flutter Kicks
12 Butterfly Sit- ups (cross fit sit up)
18 Seated Russian Twists
30 Second Plank (elbow)
10 Second Side Plank Right Side
10 Second Side Plank Left Side
