AND If you know me at all you know I love working the lower body, especially the glutes. So this workout is a combo of some of my favorite things. Glute Lift Workout with a Resistance Band. Take 14 minutes and give your tush a good burn. The more often you do this workout the quicker you will give your bum a lift!! I’m all for that!!
