Have you heard of Barre? Find your inner ballerina with this Barre Workout.   I love a good Barre class.  You do not have to have a dancing background to be able to do this, at all! You do exercises in the different dance positions and they show you how.  You are not dancing here, BUT you will get a great burn in all the trouble areas!! Give this a go, you will be so happy you did!!
