Feeling fresh and pumped? Want to Burn 200 Calories in 20 minutes?? Give this video a try! You really get worked to burn 200 calories in 20 minutes. It is not a walk in the park 🙂 but you can totally do it! Don’t eat very much before you do it 🙂 Eat after!

Muscles feeling a little too worked and need something more low key? This is a great Yoga Video. It is a Morning Yoga Stretch for Beginners for energy and flexibility. I really liked this video, my muscles feel stretched and worked a little bit. Great way to start a day or end it 🙂
