2 Week Turkey Challenge of THIS or THAT– Day 8

We are starting our 2nd week of the challenge!! The down side. Keep it up. This week will be done before you know it and then you will be enjoying a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. 🙂 Good luck completing today’s challenge, Day 8!

I really like to work the lower body.  For THIS try this

Tone Your Tush Workout

TONE Your TUSH Workout

This is a great circuit workout that really works the lower body while keeping the heart rate up, which means more calories burned.  And of course there is some ab work in there too 🙂 There are pictures to help show you what the exercises are if you need them.

Equipment needed:

– dumbbell or kettle bell

– timer (you probably have one on your phone)

Or THAT

For THAT we have another lower body workout that is really low impact, but you still feel the burn.  I like this Hips Butt ‘n’ Thighs Super Shaper Workout.  This video is just under 11 minutes.

Can’t go wrong either way 🙂 Feel like an extra toned/ sore tush? Try them both 🙂
