2 Week Turkey Challenge of THIS or THAT– Day 4

Have you heard of Piyo? It is a Pilates/ Yoga combo.
This is a Butt and Thigh Lower Body Workout. Not only will you burn your lower body you will get a good heart rate boost. This video is about 11 minutes. Great workout. The girl on the far left shows a modified version if you want to follow her.
Not feeling Piyo? How about a fitness test? Let’s test your push-up strength. 🙂 Oh yeah!! Let’s find out how many push-ups you can do? First try a regular push-up.
How many regular push-ups can you do?
Is that a little too much? Drop to your knees and try the modified version– Remember to keep your bum down and continue to keep a tight core.
How many modified push-ups did you get?
Now try Shoulder push-ups!
How many shoulder push-ups can you do?
Want a little more? Try this version of a shoulder push-up. Same thing, but your feet are on a bench or a chair.
