2 Week Turkey Challenge of THIS or THAT– Day 3

Here we go Day 3!  Are your abs or legs feeling it today?  You guys are awesome! It can be really easy skip out on a online challenge or look at it and think that it is a good idea and say, “I should do that”.  But you guys ARE completing the challenge and sticking to it! Have you tried Kickboxing?  If you have, you know how much fun it can be. If you haven’t, I understand it can be a little intimidating.  I like this video because it is great for those who have done it before, but they do a good job so those who may be trying it for the first time can see the moves slow before they speed it up.  This video is just over 10 minutes.  It will get your heart rate up.  Have fun!


 or THAT

Kickboxing not your thing? No Worries! This option for THAT today is a bit lower key.  This is a really good Pilates stretching video I really like.  This one is about 10 minutes as well.  My muscles feel good after this video.  Give this Pilates Stretching a try!


These exercises today are really different.  If you feel up for it, do them both! Get a 20 minute workout.

  1. I did both of these, I started with kick boxing and then finished with the stretching and found out I am not flexible at all! I am loving this challenge!
