30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 19
Time keeps ticking and the challenge keeps moving. How are you doing? Is it getting tough? Stick with it!! You are doing great! 11 days left! Don’t give up now. Did you share your accomplishment of making the challenge so far with a friend? Continue to ask them how the challenge is going and give them encouragement as well. I have found that having a workout buddy or walking buddy makes exercising and being active more fun. (although it is nice when you feel like getting out on your own to clear your head and what not :)) Share the challenge with family and friends and make a commitment to each other that you are going to complete it. Then report to each other that you are doing it. 🙂 Good luck with the challenge today.
