30 Day Ab Challenge– Day 10
First day in the double digits. We are cruising. How are your abs feeling? The reps are getting higher and the challenge gets a little tougher. Each time I complete the challenge I feel the burn 🙂 From the feedback I have been receiving, it sounds like it has worked out pretty good for you so far. Keep up the great work! Today, on top of our ab challenge, I challenge you to eat a salad. A salad is a good way to pack in some veggies. I love salads. They are refreshing to me. Here is a yummy Baked Chicken Tender Spinach Salad that I love! On the days I eat a salad, I tend to eat a lot more veggies in that day. Vegetables are low in calories and packed with good nutrition. Be sure to come back and comment that you complete the challenge and what salad you incorporated into your diet today. 🙂
