Are You Ready to Take on the Challenge?
I challenge you, for the next 30 days to follow this Ab Challenge and do it! Do you have what it takes to be consistent and persistent? I know you do! We are in this together! This is the start of a new month, great time to make a new goal to reach. The next 30 days a new post with the ab challenge will be posted. Do not miss this, hop on board and join the ab challenge, invite your family, friends or spouse to do it with you. Find time to perform the challenge, when you first wake up, during your lunch break, during the kids nap, before dinner, after kids go to bed, before you go to bed, just find a time to get it in. It will take you 15 minutes or less. No excuses! 30 days later, YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF!
Day One– Ab Challenge
15 crunches
16 bicycle crunches (8 each side)
15 Flutter kicks
10 butterfly sit up (crossfit sit up)
16 Seated Russian Twist
30 second plank (elbow)
This is Day 1– reps will increase as we take on this challenge. Are you unsure what something is? Please don’t be scared to ask. I posted pictures on those I think might raise a question. If a 30 second plank is too hard to start with, try it on your knees, but be sure to keep your bum in line with your body. Don’t stick your tush out.
Good Luck!!
