2 Week Turkey Challenge of THIS or THAT– Day 13
Wow! Only 1 more day left of this challenge. We are so close to the end. Finish strong! Doesn’t it feel so great to be active. My day does not feel complete if I don’t get some kind of physical activity in. I saw this somewhere (can’t remember where I got it from pinterest.com some where) but I love this saying and picture.. How about a great Upper Body Burn? I loved this video. I feel the burn in just under 13 minutes. They do a lot of exercises I like to do in my exercise classes I teach. Give this one a shot. No equipment is needed!

Did you love that Barre workout from a couple days ago? Or maybe you didn’t pick it that day. Here is your chance to get more of a taste of Barre. This is a Cardio Barre Workout video. It is about 10 minutes and you will fill a good burn 🙂 With it being 10 minutes, if you want a little more go through it twice! It feels great!!
I tried both of these back to back and really liked it. It took just over 20 minutes and my body feels worked. Feel a little more motivated? Give them both a try! 🙂

I went with THAT today. The cardio barre workout. I like the barre workouts you have had us do.
I also like the count down timer so you know how much time you have left with the workout.
