Quick Ab Workout

Sometimes life get super busy (isn’t that everyday??) and it can seem hard to find time for a workout, especially for a busy mom!  A workout doesn’t have to be a hour at the gym (plus driving time).  Maybe there are days the only chance you have to squeeze a workout in for the day is 5 minutes before you hop in your morning shower.  THAT IS OKAY! Take advantage of those 5 minutes and get a quick burn in.  JUST DO SOMETHING.

That is where this Quick Ab Workout comes in.  It doesn’t take long at all! If you have the time go through it 2-3 times.
