Rag Workout Part 1 

Want to learn a move that not only strengthens your total core, but your  tush, arms, shoulders, back and a double bonus you get cardio in at the same time?? 👊🏼
If you joined us for the last 30 Day Ab Challenge then you have seen this before.


This is some of my “Rag Workout”. I love this workout because it doesn’t take much to kick my bum! When I start this workout my boys ask for a set of towels or grab socks to join me.

I have 2 different moves to show you.

I like to do 3-4 sets of each exercise of 20-25 reps. Adjust to your fitness level– but push yourself 😉
