Day 9 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge

We are cruising. How are your abs feeling?  The reps are getting higher and the challenge gets a little tougher.  Each time I complete the challenge I feel the burn🙂 From the feedback I have been receiving, it sounds like it has worked out pretty good for you so far.  Keep up the great work!  Today, on top of our ab challenge,  I challenge you to eat a salad.  A salad is a good way to pack in some veggies.  I love salads.  They are refreshing to me.  Here is a yummy Baked Chicken Tender Spinach Salad that I love!  On the days I eat a salad, I tend to eat a lot more veggies in that day.  Vegetables are low in calories and packed with good nutrition.
