Day 26 of the Ab Challenge

4 days left!! Day 26! With Thanksgiving around the corner I start thinking about a annual family Thanksgiving 5k.  My family started this a few years ago.  It is pretty fun.  We try to do it on Thanksgiving or a day before.  A fun way to help your metabolism get a good boost before you enjoy the Thanksgiving feast.  The trophy is a gold wishbone.  A lot is at stake here. I need to get that wish bone.  Its a traveling trophy.  If you win, you get it for a year.  Then you have to re-earn it if you want to keep it.  It has been a fun family tradition.

Do you have any fun active family traditions for Thanksgiving time?? I know playing football is a common one.  That is always fun too.

If your family doesn’t have a fun active tradition, that is just fine.  This year could be the year that you start one.  It could be a family walk in the moring or after dinner before you indulge in a slice of pie.
