Day 23!
7 days left!! Keep it up!! Finish strong!! I can’t believe we are almost to the end!! With the weather changing here in Utah I always get really dry hands. So bad that my knuckles crack often (ouch 😖). I find it even more important to drink water!! I don’t know why I struggle drinking enough water so much!! What do you do to make sure you drink enough water? I fill up a water bottle in the morning and try to refill it a few times during the day. So, today I want to give another water drinking challenge. Drink that water!
