Curious to know what I eat after a workout?? Well this is it!! This is my FAVORITE post workout smoothie! This is my Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie and it does not disappoint! This super easy recipe is easy to whip together and is guilt free. You can use it as a meal replacement, for breakfast or post workout.
I also whip this together if I have a sweet tooth and am craving something sweet (like a Snickers). The chocolaty peanut butter goodness kicks my craving! Yes!! It is THAT good!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cups milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 frozen banana (if using fresh use more ice)
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup oats
- ice
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender and and blend until smooth.
