Day 2 of the 30 Day Ab Challenge

Day 2 here we go! Glad you are here to see what’s going on for today! On top of completing the challenge today, I challenge you to talk to someone about this 30 Day AB Challenge that you committed yourself to.  Maybe they will join you, maybe not and maybe they will ask you about it later to check up on you to see if you are still committed.  It helps to have a “buddy” to help stay committed, at least I am that way.  I like having a walking buddy or a workout buddy.  I feel like I am extra committed because I don’t want to let them down.  Are you the same way?  Anyways, find a 30 Day Ab Challenge “buddy” 🙂
