Hey there! I know what it is like to be a busy mom with young kids and trying to work in a time for you! It can be a challenge for sure! My goal is to help other moms and women with motivation and tips to make it easier to physically take care of themselves. I worked hard and earned a B.S in Human Performance Management with an emphasis in Wellness and a minor in Nutrition. I love this field! I love teaching my kids how to take care of their bodies while taking care of mine 😊
