Day 3 here we come! We are 3 days into our challenge! So glad you are here! I love to work on my abs, what about you? I feel stronger after I give my abs a good work. So to go along with our challenge today, I want to challenge you to drink more water. I have to work on this everyday. If I don’t pick out a water bottle, fill it up in the morning and start drinking it right then, I really struggle drinking water the rest of the day. I don’t know why I am like that. I am sure you are a better water drinker than me! But, if you are like me, then this is a great challenge for today. How much do you drink?? Take your body weight and divide by 2. That is a good estimate. Or you can stick to the 8, 8 ounce cups of water or 64 ounces a day. Just drink more water.
