Super Fruit Smoothie

Are you a smoothie lover like me?  I love smoothies.  I like to blend up a yummy smoothie for breakfast or when it’s meal time and nothing really sounds like it would hit the spot, I make a smoothie.  You can pack so many nutritious foods into one yummy blended drink.  Cheers to that.  Give this simple, 3 ingredients, smoothie a try!

This is it, besides the milk not pictured.  Frozen fruit, Greek yogurt (any yogurt will do) and enough milk to make the thickness you want.  It is also yummy to use orange juice instead of milk too.  I also like to add milled flax seed to my smoothies for added nutrients.  The frozen fruit I have here is a super fruit mix of all organic strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries & pomegranate (I got this bag from Costco).

It is also really yummy to turn a smoothie into a smoothie parfait!

Just add your favorite granola on top!

Super Fruit Smoothie

Serves 1

1 cup frozen super fruit

1 6oz Greek yogurt

 1 tsp Milled flax seed (optional)

enough milk or orange juice to blend to desired thickness

Enjoy!

    1. I just tried it too. There are 2 pictures of the main picture that show up as an option to pin. Pick the second one. When I picked the second one it worked. Sorry! Not sure why?!
